I just realized that we already completed plan review considering there was a grease trap. Due to the plumbing fixture
changes,we will now need you to revise the plumbing plans with the correct fixtures. Please submit(2) sets of revised
plans at your convenience. You are welcome to email them to us at TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov if they can be
printed on 8.5" x 11" or 11" x 17" pages. Please let me know if you have questions.

I have revised the permit fees for Rovente Pizzeria.The changes resulted in a sewer credit, so there are only plumbing
permit fees due now. The plumbing permit balance due is$490.38, and I have attached an invoice above for you to
reference. You can pay the fees online through our website: https://aca.accela.com/TIGARD/Default.aspx. From there,
click on the Building tab, enter the permit numbers in the Record Number field, and click Search. If paid online, please
notify us at TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov, and I will email the permit paperwork to you.
Please note that we will need you to complete the Request For Permit Action form attached above in order to void the
sewer permit.
