Hi Jennifer,
I have confirmed with our building official that he will accept reversed plans as a replacement to an existing permit that
has not been issued, if the plans are the exact dimensions, etc., but just reversed, and we will assess an additional
(hourly) plan review fee on the existing permit.
Because we have already voided the existing permits MST2019-00427/SWR2019-00325, and completed plan review on
3lipptkhe replacement permits MST2020-00079/SWR2020-00050, here is what we will do:
Dorf • Transfer the original deposit of$750.00 to the new permit.
• Void all remaining fees due in the original permit.
Dorf • Add an additional plan review fee of$45.00 to cover plan review of both plan sets.
The new plans are in post-review waiting to be invoiced and permit made ready to issue. A permit technician will
contact you when the permit is ready to issue and the balance due.

This was the lot we were hoping to submit a revision for rather than having to void the permit since nothing changed on
the plans,they were just a mirror image. I heard from Allyson in the attached email that the revision would only be a
$45.00 fee, was there something wrong with our revision paperwork that turned it into a void and resubmit instead?

Per your request the original permit and plans have been voided for lot 28 at Elderberry Ridge.
Because plan review had already been completed, there are fees due for plan review and archiving fees due in the
amount of$507.64 (see attached invoice). Please remit payment in person or online at
https://aca.accela.com/TIGARD/Welcome.aspx by searching for the permit record number MST2019-00427 under the
Building tab.
These fees must be paid before we can issue the new plans on this lot.
