There is a $45.00 fee to change the contractor and it will take about 1 week to process. Please confirm that you want to proceed with this change. I would also like to mention that there is an outstanding balance due on this permit of$1,818.15. The permit was issued on 3/9/2020, but on 3/12/2020 we were notified of a payment error by another contractor who thought they were paying the fees for their own permit and entered this permit BUP2020-00046 in error when paying the fees online. Regarding your request for over the counter review,yes, it qualifies, however we do these reviews on specific days/times of the week and our next available date is Thursday, March 12th at 10:00 am, or Tuesday, March 17th at 10:00 am. During the appointment, the applicant must be prepared to pay all permit and plan review fees due, and the permit would be issued over the counter. Please let us know if you would like to schedule one of these dates and we will put you in the calendar, and prepare a fee estimate for you. Otherwise,you can pay the plan review submittal fee of$1,818.15 due at this time to route the plans for our regular review process. I did a little more research, and was wondering if that package could be submitted for Over-the-Counter review instead. It's a commercial interior TI with no structural changes, and has no accessibility barrier issues. Is it possible to do this?Also, I calculated the permit fees based on the valuation from the contractor and your fee schedule, and I wanted to confirm that amount ($2,797.15) is correct.
