Rippey Consulting Engineers met with you on site on January 7, 2020 for the purpose of observing exposed framing and development of a demolition plan for removal of interior suspended ceilings and non-bearing/non-shear walls for the building located at 14725 SW 72nd Ave., Tigard, Or. The attached plan indicates which walls are considered `non-structural' and may be demoed. Note that any walls that are found to be full height to the underside of the roof structure or that are sheathed with plywood, should remain until our office can make a further assessment. Additionally, the wood framed mechanical access platform that is supported by interior walls to be demoed should also be demoed.
