GDI Project: Polygon-1 13-05 Prepared By: Bret Moskal
Project Name: Roshak Ridge 2/21/2020
Location: SW Bull Mountain Road and SW Roy Report#: 168
Rogers Road, Tigard
Arrival: 1030 Departure: 1050
Weather: Sunny, 40's Permit#: MST2019-00210
MST2019-00076
Site Visit Requested By: Caleb (Polygon) Met With (on site): Caleb (Via Phone)
Purpose: Observe Lot 9& 10 Subgrade
Outstanding Issues: Park Slope Failure
Upon arrival, I observed the subgrade for buildings within lots 9& 10 had been prepared. At time of arrival form
boards and rebar had been placed within footing locations. Subgrade was generally covered with a thin layer of
recycled crushed concrete. Using a Y2"diameter steel foundation rod, I probed footing subgrade. Resistance to
penetration indicated stiff to medium stiff subgrade conditions.
Based on our observation and probing, it is our opinion that footing subgrade for buildings within lots 9 and 10
observed today, in areas observed today and noted on attached site plan, have been prepared in general accordance
with our geotechnical recommendations.
