Hi Branden,
I would like to allow Bliss Nails to utilize $9,454 from our existing SDC credit(that was from 2014). We will apply for the
SDC credits pertaining to Bliss' current space at a later date when the work is actually performed. Let me know what
you need from me in order to authorize Bliss to use a portion of the existing credit.

Hi Scott,
I have attached the Bliss Nails sewer fee estimate above for you. Regarding the capped floor drains, I
entered 2"floor drains in the estimate --the most common type. Please let me know if this size is
incorrect. Also, to receive these credits, a completed plumbing application will need to be received in
person or by email to obtain a plumbing permit, and a license plumbing contractor must complete the
work. This permit can be issued over the counter if submitted in person between the hours of 8:00 a.m.
and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. We are closed this coming Monday for the holiday. If the
application is emailed,we will process this permit within 2-3 business days.
Please note that the Commercial Fixture Work section on the second page of the application must be
completed to determine sewer credits. If you have additional questions, please let me know.
Thank you,

Hi Branden,
See below from Bliss Nails regarding what their existing space has in terms of fixtures. We will be
demoing everything except for the restroom -which has 1 toilet and 1 sink.
Is this enough information to get an estimate of the credit that Bliss Nails would receive?
Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Here you go:
2
3 floor drains for pedicure chairs
2 guest hand sinks
1 employee hand sink
1 washer and 1 dryer
1 bathroom with 1 hand sink and 1 toilet
1 gas water heater
We are adding at new space:
6 floor drains (versus 3 current)
1 new small hand sink in 1 facial room
The rest of the fixture counts are the same. So the net difference in charge should be for 3 additional
floor drains and 1 small hand sink at new space, which I am happy to pay for.
Thanks for your help.

Hi Keith,
Can you please provide me with a fixture count within your space based on the sheet
that you provided: i.e.floor drains, sinks, toilets, washer, showers etc. I will work with
Branden to make sure that you receive a comparable credit for what will be removed
from your space.

I think it's for previous work but specific to Anytime Fitness and Bliss space. To know the
exact credit Tigard will need the accumulative sewer tally worksheet for our current
space, which they said property owner should have a copy.See my other email for
sample of what this looks like.

Hello Scott and Mark,
Here is the contact at City of Tigard to work out our SVC charge/credits.
Branden Taggart
Direct: 503-718-2449
He has found available credits from our shared space with Anytime
Fitness and wanted to know if you are OK for him to apply that over to
our new charge for G1.
I gave Branden a heads up that you may reach out to him directly.
However, if you are OK with this I can let him know to go ahead and
apply the credits.
Thanks,
Ky
