Here is a list of the current fixtures and values. 1 clothes washer/4 1 dishwasher/ 1.5 1 hose bib/2.5 1 kitchen sink/ 1.5 1 lay/ 1 1 water closet/2.5 1 bath/shower/4 Total = 17 existing fixture units. I am adding 1 bathroom and 1 hose bib. Here's a list of added fixtures and values. 1 additional hose bib/ 1 2 lays/2 1 water closet/2.5 1 shower stall/2 Total = 7.5 Existing + addition = 24.5 Thanks again for your help.
