Scope of Work 5. Seal ducting with UL listed mastic or mastic tape.
6. Fan motor does not exceed allowable,first available above BHP.
Oregon Heating and Air Conditioning will perform the following scope of work: 7. Max leakage rate of OSA or exhaust dampers to be 4 cfrn/sft @ 1.0 sp.
1. Provide and install (1) new exhaust fan. 8. Provide 0 and M to building owner.
Equipment Schedule
RTU1- Existing 4 ton.
RTU2- Existing 4 ton.
EF1- Existing.
EF2- Nutone AEN110- 90 cfm @ 0.25sp. On switch.
