The permits have been plan reviewed and are ready to be invoiced, however we are waiting for the SDC exemption to

middle of next week.

Yes, you will need to have it signed by the applicable utility billing department. Please contact them and see if you can
email them the new form and ask that they sign it and return to you,then you can forward the signed form to the
permit technicians.

Thank you for the update!
After I left your office, I spoke with Wolf Industries regarding the Water Meter Fixture Worksheet that was
submitted. I wanted to review this with them because the person who signed this at the purveyor's office told
me we would need a larger meter size. After reviewing the numbers with Wolf Industries, I realized that the
form was not filled out correctly. I've made the corrections in the updated worksheet, please see attached.
Do I need to come into the office to submit this in person or have it signed by the purveyor? If possible, I'd like
to try and accomplish this remotely, as my office is in Washougal, WA.

Hello Kirsten,
We determined that we will create a manufactured dwelling placement permit for this detached ADU. That means that
we will not create a combination or master permit for this project, instead we have created four separate permits as
shown below:
• SFM2020-00001—placement permit which also includes the foundation work.
• MEC2020-00049—for gas line installation.
• ELC2020-00045—for electrical service
• PLM2020-00037—for water, storm and sanitary sewer service lines, and rain drain connector.
There is no plan review fee due at this time. The permits have been routed for review and we will contact you when the
permit is ready to issue with the balance due.

Building tab, enter the permit number in the Record Number field, and click Search. If paid online, please have someone
pick up these permits and plans.
Also, please note that we will need to receive the new Water Water Meter Fixture Unit Worksheet that is approved by
our Utility Billing Department prior to issuing this permit.
