did not list a request for a suite designation as we will defer to whatever the city prefers. Looks like potentially Suite F

Attached is MMD2019-00023 for the replacement of windows and doors at Tigard Towne Center. There is a
condition of approval for the address,which I have further explained below.
You have received your MMD land use and now you must apply for your building permit (BUP). Please complete
the following in sequential order:
1. New Address
• This is a required condition of approval;a new address is required for each approved ADU
• Please complete the Address and Commercial Suite Application and send it in to Oscar. Planning
and Building will not accept your building permit application until after you have received
one new address.
