A majority of the business will be conducted off site, in clients’ homes or businesses. However, the applicant proposes to have a maximum of five (5) customers visit the premises in a six (6) month period. Customer visits will only occur between the hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The applicant also proposes to have one (1) outside employee who is not a member of the household visit the premises. Appeal Information This decision may be appealed by any party that is adversely affected or aggrieved by this decision, who was entitled to written notice of the decision, or who provided written comments. Appeals must be made in person using the form provided by the City, include the appeal fee, and be submitted within 15 days of this notice. Failure to raise an issue or failure to provide statements or evidence sufficient to afford the decision maker an opportunity to respond to the issue may preclude appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue. All appeal hearings to the City’s Hearings Officer are de novo, which allows for the presentation of new evidence, testimony, and argument by any party. All relevant evidence, testimony, and argument presented at the hearing will be considered. The scope of the hearing is not limited to the issues that were raised on appeal.
