Thank you for your patience as Planning determined the use for Tonya Vonderaye Interiors at 16736 SW 72nd Ave.
Both the previous and proposed uses are "warehouse/freight movement",which is an allowed use. No minor
modification or land use with Planning is required. I have stamped the plans for Planning and I am routing to the
Building Division. Building Permit Technicians: Please contact PacTrust for the next step in scheduling the TI.
