Hillsboro,OR;and the CITY OF TIGARD,a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon(Grantee),whose
address is 13125 SW Hall Blvd,Tigard,OR 97223.
WHEREAS,ORS 271.330 authorizes County to relinquish title to property not needed for public use,to another
governmental body without consideration,provided the property shall be used for not less than 20 years for a
public purpose;and
WHEREAS,Grantee shall use the property for the public purpose of public right-of-way.Grantee's use shall be so
restricted and if the said property is not used in conformance with such restriction for the required period,the
same shall revert to and become the absolute property of Grantor;and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners has found that the property hereinafter described qualifies for
transfer and has ordered it transferred to Grantee;
NOW,THEREFORE,for the consideration stated,Grantor releases and quitclaims to Grantee,all right,title and
interest to the real property described on Exhibit A:
The true and actual consideration for this conveyance is ZERO,together with Grantee's agreement to use the
property for a public purpose for not less than 20 years.
