agree to allow MiaDonna & Company LLC to install 2 exterior signs as defined in Section 12 of the Second
Amaendment to the Lease dated June 12, 2019. Attached to this letter are the approved drawings of the proposed
alterations from SignCraft Signs dated July 1,2019.
This installation shall be performed at the Tenant's sole cost and expense. Landlord will require removal and
restoration of the exterior to its unaltered condition upon move-out. Tenant will also be responsible for all
maintenance and repair of the alterations while occupying space.
