I have confirmed with my arborist that the hazard tree will be removed via SW Northview Dr.and not from SW Walnut
Ln.To do so we will have to remove a portion of our permanent fencing, a rhododendron and a number of blueberry
bushes in order to accommodate your demands, not to mention unavoidable damage to our lawn. Because of these
inconveniences and this being a shard hazard tree, we request that you share in the cost of removal. We will be in
contact soon to discuss costs. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to email me.

removal permit for the hazard tree. I will let you and James discuss access to remove the tree.
James: Kristine has given permission from K5 Urban Properties and Management to remove the
hazard tree, so long as the access to remove the tree is not taken from the newly constructed SW
Walnut Lane.Will that work for you and your arborist?Please confirm.
Kristine: Thank you for saying that you approve of removing the hazardous shared tree. Once
James reviews your email and confirms that he will work with his arborist to meet your demands, I

Sure I don't mind - it is the truth and I just can't have anything happen to that subdivision before I turn it
over-any damage done I have to correct and every penny counts. I wold also like to mention though
that it has been brought to my attention that we will be removing about 8 dead trees around the
property. I will be getting bids over the next week or so to have these trees removed. So I will have a
crew out there already - if the applicant would like me to have his trees looked at I am more than happy
to have them do that since they will be out there already. Could possibly save him some money because
my guys will be able to take them out over our property because they will be signing my agreement
prior to doing the work.
I would prefer if they contact me through email as this is the best way to get a hold of me if they are
interested.

Hello Samuel -
Thank you for talking to me today regarding the shared tree behind

14059 SW Walnut Ln. I better understand why there is a need for a
permit now which is good. Per our conversation I agree that the
"shared tree" has been recognized as hazardous and should be
removed. I give permission to have this "shared tree" removed.
I do not however,give permission to have any part of the shared tree
removed over our property on Walnut Street or give permission to have
any equipment for the removal of the trees to be parked on Walnut
Street. We are still under Bond on the subdivision and will be until it
has been completed and I can not have any contractor who has not
signed out contractor's packet be on site for insurance reasons. If there
is need for access to the property please contact me prior so that we
can go through the correct process to make that happen.
