• Was a certificate of occupancy issued and if so, m.ay we obtain a copy of it?
o Please submit a public records request online: https://www-.tigard-
or.gov/record.sRequest/index.php and the Building Division will help you find any
certificates of occupancy.
• Is there any record of any pending condemnation proceedings for the above listed property. In
other words, are there any plans for construction, sidewalk improvements, or any other work that
would cause this property to lose any land for improvements?

since this is regarding possible right-of-way improvements.
