See attached zoning map. Please reference Table 18.120.1 of our Community Development Code
(CDC) to view the allowed uses in the MUC Zone.To the best of our knowledge, 10777 SW Cascade
Blvd is not located in an overlay zone, but is located within the Washington Square Regional Center
Plan District and is subject to standards in Chapter 18.670.
Adjacent properties to the north,east,and south are located within the Mixed Use Commercial(MUC)
Zone and the properties to the west are located within the Mixed Used Employment-2 (MUE) Zone.
To the best of our knowledge,there are no open code compliance cases associated with this property.
A site development review approval (SDR1994-00016) was granted for the construction of the
building on the site.
Without further analysis, it is uncertain whether the site is in compliance with the current
Development Code, or whether any legal nonconforming issues exist. If an existing on-site structure
is destroyed by any means,it may be reconstructed,as long as it complies with all applicable standards
in the Community Development Code of the City of Tigard. Additionally, it is the responsibility of
the property owner (or any agent authorized to represent the property owner) to obtain all necessary
land use approvals and/or building permits for any reconstruction.
