contemplated by the plans and specification prepared by Don Cushing Associates and that
Landlord's execution of this approval is made with the understanding that all work done at
the Premises shall be done in compliance with the Lease and all applicable governmental

This letter is to explain the project on 11308 SE 68th Pkwy in Tigard, OR. Comcast will be removing an
existing underground storage tank and replacing it with an above ground storage tank. As a result of
these changes,There will be:
1. No increase in dwelling unit density, or lot coverage for residential development;
2. No change in the ratio or number of different types of dwelling units;
3. No change that requires additional on-site parking in accordance with Chapter 18.765;
4. No change in the type of commercial or industrial structures as defined by the Uniform Building
Code;
5. No increase in the height of the building(s) by more than 20%;
6. No change in the type and location of accessways and parking areas where off-site traffic would
be affected;
7. No increase in vehicular traffic to and from the site and the increase can be expected to exceed
100 vehicles per day;
8. No increase in the floor area proposed for a nonresidential use by more than 10%excluding
expansions under 5,000 square feet;
9. No reduction in the area reserved for common open space and/or usable open space which reduces
the open space area below the minimum required by this code or reduces the open space area by
more than 10%;
10. No reduction of project amenities below the minimum established by this code or by more than
10%where specified in the site plan:
a. Currently there are no Recreational facilities;
b. No Screening; and/or
c. No Landscaping provisions.
11. A modification to the conditions imposed at the time of site development review approval which
are not the subject of B1 through 10 above of this subsection.
