Once you have completed the application, you may email it to Oscar Contreras at oscarc@tigard-or.gov. In addition to the application, please provide a floor plan indicating what, if any, suites will be combined or added. The process to create the address will usually take up to two days. Keeping that in mind, it would be best to submit the application and floor plan to Oscar as soon as possible, so that we can try to schedule the OTC for Thursday, August 29, if the address has been created.
