department due to all of the recent changes to the development code regarding parking, and a minor modification
permit will not be required for a new bank—only if there happened to be a drive-through. See you guys next Tuesday.

Thank you for providing that information. Banner Bank was originally planning to occupy suite 350 and has since opted
for an alternate plan.They intend on abandoning the scope of work for that suite and are moving forward with work at
suite 300. We will reach out to Insight Architectures so that they may work with the city of Tigard in cancelling/closing
out the existing permit.
