After I issued this permit, I noticed that Chad with Team Construction mentioned to our staff that the work was taking
place in suite E3, and that the work should be tied to the building permit. The building permit for Washington County is
taking place in suite El, and it is the only recent building permit at this address. Is there any way to confirm that this
work will take place in suite El instead of E3? The application you initially submitted had suite Al on it.

Chad with Team Construction informed our staff that the address on the application was incorrect, and that the work
should be associated with the tenant improvement permit for Washington County, located at 11515 SW Durham Rd
Suites E1-E3. I have revised the address and associated the plumbing and sewer permits to the building permit, and the
plumbing and sewer permits are now ready to issue. I have attached invoices above for you to reference, and the fees
due are as follows:
