Since a demising wall will be removed and spaces will be combined for a new tenant, we will need to create a new address. I have attached our Address and Commercial Suite application form above for you to complete and return to us. There will be a $50.00 address fee for creating a new address, and I will add it to the building permit fees for you to pay online.
