No site utilities where hooked up either. So I would assume that there would be no DEMO permit required since we have a building permit in hand for the trailer and where moving forward getting it ready for inspections, If we would have had inspections and gone through that process then alter the trailer After the fact , this would be where we would by another DEMO permit of building permit to alter it again.
