• Roof protection must be in place throughout the project to prevent roof damage.
• A construction schedule must be provided to American Property Management before work commences.
• All cell site equipment shall be painted to blend in with the surrounding building background material.
Any new equipment shall be painted to blend in after installation.
• A final inspection walk through with American Property Management must be conducted to finalize the
project after all work is completed.
• This approved work must be performed within six(6) months of the date of this letter. If not performed
by that date,these requested cell site modifications will be required to be resubmitted with a new approval
package and fee for Lessor review and approval.
