DESCRIPTION FOR RIGHT OF WAY DEDICATION
A portion of Lot 13, Beveland No. 2, a duly recorded plat in
Section 1, Township 2 South, Range 1 West of the Willamette
Meridian, County of Washington and the State of Oregon, being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 13, which point
is the southeast corner of the intersection of S.W. 72nd Avenue and
S.W. Gonzaga Street; thence South along the east right-of-way line
of S.W. 72nd Avenue 14.75 feet; thence along the arc of a 15.00
foot radius curve to the right through a central angle of 89°02'40"
a distance of 23.31 feet, the long chord bears North 44°31'20" East
a distance of 21.04 feet to a point in the south right-of-way line
of S.W. Gonzaga St.; thence South 89°02'40" West along said right-
of-way line, 14.75 feet to the Point of Beginning.
The above described tract contains 46 square feet more or less.
