Demo is included in the site work so typically we require it. But we can allow you to pay later if needed.Will the tree
protection fencing be up prior to demo? I am more concerned the tree protection fencing is up around the demo site.

Good morning Monica,
I am trying to obtain a demolition permit for the existing home in order to be prepared for site work in the spring. I
wanted to clarify something that Lina brought up at the counter yesterday. Per the conditions of approval,we need to
pay a Urban Forestry Data Collection Fee and provide a Tree Establishment bond. My question is,does this apply to
demolition of the existing home only? I'm not proposing to cut any trees at this time,just wanting to get my demolition
permit to remove the structures.
I appreciate any input you have on this topic.
