3J Consulting has prepared this letter on behalf of our client, JT Smith Companies, to request the formal
withdrawal of the Comprehensive Plan amendment which was submitted for the Red Cedar Estates
Subdivision (SUB2017-00007). The Applicant has modified the plans and application to remove the need
for the Comprehensive Plan Amendment and now wishes to progress the application as a subdivision.
If you'd be so kind as to withdraw the application and provide JT Smith with a refund of 80% of the fees
submitted for the Comprehensive Plan Amendment application, we would be much obliged.
