opening of the door from the inside without the use of a key, special knowledge or
effort, except that exterior exit doors may be fitted with a keyed locking device
which is readil_' distinguishable as locked and there is a readily visible, durable
sign on or adjacent 00 the dour stating this door to remain unlocked during business
