Dear Mr. Horvath:
Re: Crodin's at Washington Square
The plans for this remodeling project have been examined with reference
to fire safety regulations and as a result we find them to be satisfactory
as submitted. That is, the plans are hereby approved.
One set of drawings bearing the stamps of the Washington County Building
Departmert and this office must be maintained on the project throughout
all phases of construction and must be made available to building and
fire insuectors for reference during required construction inspections.
Inspection and approval of construction by a representative of tnis office
is required: a) prior to the cover of any new framing element, following
the installation o' all utility runs which will be concealed within wall
and partition cavities; b) upon completion of construction and prior to
opening 'or business.
Also, prier to opening for business a Certificate of Occupancy or other
written instrument of approval must be obtained from the Washington County
Building Department.
I trust this letter will assist in clearing the way for the further develop-
ment of the project. If I can be of service in any other way, please let
