As a result we are listing as follows requirements which must be observed during the course of construction and for which we found no provisions in the submittA drawings or for which the provisions were not totally clear to us. 1 . Full automatic sprinkler coverage is required. That is, it appears that they fluorescent light valance will obstruct the spray pattern of the automatic sprinkler heads located in the main sales space. Accordingly, it will be necessary to .provide a row of sprinkler heads in each fluorescent light valance 1 trough. 2. In all wood framed walls and partitions and in all wood framed furred walls firestopping must be provided at the ceiling line. This firestopping may be composed ^f 2-inch nominal lumber, 1/2-inch gypsum plasterboard or materials of a similar fire resistance. Penetrations made in this prescribed firestopping to accommodate wiring, plumbing, duct work and similar utility runs must be packed, following the installation of said utility runs, in a manner which will effectively raintain the integrity of the firestopping and cut off all concealed draft openings which could afford a passage for flame. One set of approved plans bearing the stamps of the Wash- ington County Building Department and this office must be maintained on the project site throughout all phases of construction and must be marl' available to building and fire inspectors for reference during required construction inspections. 4. Inspection and approval of construction by a representative of this office is required: a) prior to the cover of any new framing elements following the installation of all utility runs and in the case of wood stud walls the fire- stopping mentioned in requirement no. 2. h) upon completion of construction and prior to opening this tenent spaca for business. 5. Prior to opening this tenant space for business a Certificate of Occupancy or other written instrument of approval must be obtained from the Washington County Building Department.
