In confirmation of our agreement or recembsr 26, 1973 regarding the aisle
width es mentioned in item 1 of the above-noted plant examination report,
under the circumstances, i.e. hafted occupancy load, area of shop, method
of operation, s ., a reduction in aisle width between the display cases
from the prescribed 36" to 30" will be acceptable it this instance..
It should be noted that this deviation constitutes a variance from that
Which is prescribed in the Uniform Building Code. However, this office
