The plans for the development of this retail sales facility have been
examined with regards to the regulations of this jurisdiction. I regret
that I must inform you that I can neither approve the plans nor endorse
the building permit.
Under the terms of the cedes applicaLle to Washington Square, two (2)
exits from each sales area are required. Exits may not pass through
storage rooms, stock rooms or rooms used for similar purposes. That is,
the way of exit must be physically separated from such spaces.
Accordingly, it will be necessary to revise the plans to accommodate the
aforecited requirement. if you should have any questions or if I :.an be
of servlye in any other way , plea do not hesitate to call me.
