7. A plumbing permit will be required prior to the installation or any
alteration of the sanitation or potable water systems. Plumbing
permits are now available at the Building Division counter.
8. Plans for the installation or alteration of the automatic sprinkler
system must be provided to and approved by Washington County Fire
District #1 prior to such installation or alteration.
9. Subject to the above listed items the plans for this project are
approved for construction, insr,fr,r as the Land Development Services
Division requirements apply.
10. The permit for this project cannot be issued until the approvals from
the structural engineer, design review and the Unified Sewage Agency,
if required, has been documented. The fire marshal must approve all
plans prior to the issuance of the building permits.

We have reviewed your blueprints for the above-•oroposed corstruction and they
are hereby conditionally approved with the following requirements:
1 . Exit doors shall he openable from the inside without the use of a key,
special knowledge or effort. This requirement shall not aptly to the
exterior exit doors of this building if there is a readily visible,
durable sign on or adjacent to the door stating "This Door To Remain
Unlocked During Business Hours." The sign shall be in letters not less
than one inch high on a contrasting background. The lockini device
must be a type that will he readily distinguished as locked. Manually
operated edge or surface mounted flush bolts and surface bolts are pro-
hibited. When exit doors are used in pairs and approved automatic flush
bolts are used, the door leaf having the automatic flush bolts shall have
nu door knob or surface mounted hardware. The unlatching of any leaf
shall not require more than one operation.

2. Exit signs shall he installed at required exit doorways indicated on the
approved plans. Words on the sign shall be in block letters not less
than 6 inches in height with a stroke of not less than 3/4 of an inch.

have been installed prior to the installation of gypsum wall board sheathing
and prior to occupancy.
