Reliable Shoes have been examined with reference to fire safety
regulations .

The automatic sprinkler protection must be altered and extended
as necessary to provide full coverage for the space . Ceiling-
mounted automatic sprinkler heads must not be located closer than
one foot nor more 7 1/2 feet from any wall , partition or similar
bulkhead . Emphasis is placed on full coverage of the entire
space .
Subject to the foregoing stipulation and the conditions as set
forth in the nun- structural plan check report of the Washington
0 County Building Department , the plans am hereby approved . One
copy must be maintained on the project site throughout all phases
of construction and must be made available to building and fire
inspectors for reference during required construction inspec-
tions .
Inspection and approval of construction by a representative of
this office is required prior to the cover of any new framing
elements , following the installation of all utility runs which
will be concealed within wall and partition cavities .

I Prior to opening for business a final inspection and certificate
of occupancy or other written instrument of approval must be ob-
tained from the Washington County Building Department .
