The plans for the alteration of the space formerly occupied by
Reliable Shoes have been examined with reference to fire safety
regulations .
The automatic sprinkler protection must be altered and extended
as necessary to provide full coverage for the space . Ceiling-
mounted automatic sprinkler heads must not be located closer than
one foot nor more 7 1/2 feet from any wall , partition or similar
bulkhead . Emphasis is placed on full coverage of the entire
space .
Subject to the foregoing stipulation and the conditions as set
forth in the non- structural plan check report of the Washington
County Building Department , the plans are hereby approved . One
copy must be maintained on the project site throughout all phases
of construction and must be made available to building and fire
inspectors for reference during required construction inspec-
tions .
Inspection and approval of construction by a representative of
this office is required prior to the cover of any new framing
elements , following the installation of ill utility runs which
will be concealed within wall and partition cavities .
Prior to onening for business a final inspection and certificate
of occupancy or other written instrument of approval must be ob- 4
tained from the Washington County Building Department . l

not apply to facings,provided that the facing is installed in

system must be provided to and approved by fire marshal 's office having
jurisdiction and this office prior to installation or alteration.
6) A plumbing permit will he required prior to the installation or any
alteration of the sanitation or potable water systems.
7) Subject to the above listed items the plans for this project are
approved for construction, insofar as the Land Development Services
Division requirements apply.
