Prior to any interior development, complete plans therefor must he submitted to and approved by a reprsrntative of this office. As you are aware, full sprinkler coverage is required and the automatic sprinkler system must be extended to protect all portions of this tenant space. Ceiling mounted sprinkler heads should not be located closer than ore foot nor more than 7 1/2 feet fror any walls o. partition or other bulkhead which could obstruct the spray pattern. We have already covered the issue of landings on each side of exit doors, so there should he no need to go over that point again. Regarding the finish hardware for the main entrance/exit door assembly, when the "active" leaf is unlocked, the "inactive" leaf must he free to swing. And the unlatching of any leaf must not require more than one operation. Manually oper- eted edge or surface mounted flush bolts and surface bolts are prohibited.
