Building B
The plans for this tenant improvement project in Square Too have been
examined with respect to fire safety regilations. Ligted as follow,, are
requirements which must be observed during the course of construction or
prio.• to opening for business and for which we found no specific pro-
visions in the submitted d-dw1ngs.
1 . Architecturhl Finisn hardware: All donors shown on the
drawings must be openab Brom the inside at all times
for immediate exit without the use of a ked , special
knowledge or effort. Regardina the oair of doors which
serve the main entrance/exit, when one leaf is unlocked
both lea'.es must be free to swing. That '.s, the use of
edge bolts, flush bolts and similar restraining deices
is prohibited.
2. Automatic Sprinkler Protection: Full sprinkler coverage
is required and must be maintained. That is, all areas
within this space, both above and below r.eilings, must be
provided with full sprinkler coverage. Ceiling-mounted
automatic sprinkler heads must not be plac.ed closer than
1 foot nor more than 7-1/2 feet fror: any well , partition
or similar bulkhead.
3. Retention of Plans: One set of approved plans bearing the
stamps 'Tthe Washington County Building Department and
this t ' .ce must be maintained on the project site through-
out. all ,,hases of construction and must be made available
to b.lilding and fire inspectors for reference during re-
quired construction inspections.

opening this mercantile occupancy for business.
5. Certificate of Occupancy: Upon completion of construction and
prior to opening for business, a Certificate of Occupancy or
other written instrument of approval mL.st be obtained from the
Washington County Building Department.
From our telephone conversation of October 14, it is our understanding that
all framing elements will be noncombustible save for the raised floor portion
which will s.Jpport ti'e manager'sdesk which will be 2 X 8 lumber cn edge
