Please see the attached zoning map. The City of Tigard does not have any record of the land use case that allowed for the development on tax lot 2S111BB01301. This development was established sometime between 1940 and 1960, as proven by aerial photos from 1960. The City of Tigard was incorporated in 1961, and therefore does not hold land use files for development that occurred prior to this date.
