Beginning at a 5/8 inch iron rod which bears N44°50'12"E
30.00 feet from the most westerly corner of that certain property
conveyed to James R. McGee and described by Deed recorded January
30, 1973 in Book 907 PageR 320-324, said point is northeast and
30.00 feet distant, (when measured at right angles) from the
centerline of S.W. Burnham St. (County toad 997); thence
S44°50'12"W following the northwesterly line of saicl McGee
