Good morning Pam,
When we received your submittal on January 14th, the Development Code stated that any modification on site would
require a Minor Modification (MMD). With the Development Code that went into effect on January 31St, upgrading only
the pedestrian walkways from the parking lot to the entrance would be an allowed modification and would not require
land use.
I have been asked to confirm the following with you:
1. the only work occurring in the parking lot will be upgrading the internal sidewalks to ADA standards
2. you would prefer to have Planning review your proposal with the new code, which requires no land use if you
only are making the changes that are described above.
