Although there will not be additional plan review fees, we will need to charge for revision copies. The balance due is$15.75, and you may pay this fee online through our website: https://aca.accela.com/TIGARD/Default.aspx. From there, click on the Building tab, enter the permit number (BUP2019-00014) in the Record Number field, and click Search. Please note that since this fee is invoiced, inspections cannot be scheduled until payment is made. Also, please make sure to have someone pick up these plans prior to inspections. Per the permit description, our plans examiner approved the following: Installing menu board and footing, (1) drive-thru canopy over window, (1) drive-thru clearance bar and footing, and (1) drive-thru lane canopy and footing. If I recall correctly, all of this should be included in the site copy set of plans you received in the mail. I don?t recall receiving another separate submittal with additional building awnings. Can you please confirm that the scope of work fits the plans you received? I will track the plans down when I return on Monday and will give you a call.
