We were fairly busy after you left, which is why it took longer to send these to you. Also, I confirmed today that Fire and Life Safety plan review would need to be collected for the medical vault building permit. My estimate for the building permit did not include this fee. I am certain I verified this before the estimate with our plans examiner, but either way, we will need to collect this fee once the permit is ready to issue. Fire and Life Safety plan review will be$2,697.98 based on the valuation of$1,200,000.00. I apologize for the inconvenience. Please let me know if you have questions.
