The meeting was called to order at 7:30 PY by the President- Jeri
Cundiff who apololizcd for moving the meeting frow June to July
due to vacations. ;'hose present were Bon uacobs, Ken Carlisle,
Yvonne Burgess woo was welcomed as a new member, 14spy ileme ,
none Nicks and Jeri Cundiff. The minutes were read and ap,.roved.
Under old business, the book sale by the Friends of the Library
:at Cook Park was discussed, with the hopes that it would be as
sucessful as tke previous year's.
;ander new business, Ve Librarian mentioned that the bud;et had
passed and we would be getting our share. The latest break-in
was di.scusse! with suggestions to prevent a reoccurence. This
made the 4th within 3 months.
Carol reed's new scheme of ScinS directly to the Council and
demanding that they make good heir first priority of buying
land was discussed witn the juestion of ,tdnetner we .,anted to get
involved at this time or not. The Board took a wait-and-see
attitude.
The meeting was adjourned for the summer.
