You will also need a parking permit guest tag if you have a guest who will be parking within the zone on the street during those times. Residential permits are static stick and are affixed inside the rear window on the left side. The guest tags are hung inside on the rearview mirror facing out. These parking permits are good for two years, and there is no cost. Please read the application form and the enclosed fact sheet thoroughly. As the application form indicates, we will need a photocopy of proof of residency which can be any real estate title, rental contract, or a bill dated within the last 30 days showing your name and address as being within the area. You will also need to attach a photocopy of the registration for each vehicle registered to you at your address for which you want a parking permit issued. If you wish to obtain a parking permit, mail the application to me with the required photocopies. You will receive your permits through the mail during the last two weeks of August.
