We have one of the best high schools in the State of Oregon and I have high expectations for each and every student. The time spent in our halls may be some of the most important years in setting students up for a lifetime of success, and I pledge my support to you to help make this happen. We hope each and every one of you had a wonderful surnrner and we are looking forward to helping you successfully build the skills to ensure a meaningful and rewarding college and career experience. We are excited to welcome you to our Back to School Business Days, which will be held in the cafeteria this year due to construction.If you have driven by the high school recently, you will have noted the construction in progress. Please be prepared to park on the East side of the building (near the swim center)for back to school business days as we will not have access to the Durham/92nd lot for the next two years. (Parking will be tight so carpool if possible) Sessions for our seniors and juniors will be on Thursday, August 23 and our sophomores and freshman will take place on Friday,August 24. Each class has a scheduled time and buses will be running to help with transportation. We have a bus schedule included in this mailing. Thursday_August 23 Friday August 24 Seniors 9- 11 AM Sophomores 9 - 11 AM Juniors 12 -2 PM Freshmen 12 -2 We highly encourage all students to attend these back to school days as it makes the start of the school year easier on students and office staff alike. Students may pick up draft schedules, get pictures taken, print ID's, pay fees,receive locker assignments, and purchase Senior parking passes. (Juniors may sign up for a lottery drawing for possible parking passes.)
