Here is a relevant piece of the 2017 IRC Code.Oregon's Residential Code hasn't caught up with the International Code, so the numbering is different. It looks to me that 2017 ORSC R507.2.4 is pretty much the same as 2017 IRC 507.9.2. So at each end of the deck you need either one DTT2Z or two DTT1Z connectors.This is in line with your plans and the email I sent yesterday about adding a note to Page 2B.
