I am working on a tenant improvement at a Pactrust building in Tigard off of Sequoia for Westlake Consultants. We are
moving walls, enlarging a break room and reconfiguring the lobby as well as adding an existing adjacent warehouse
space to their area for storage. We will not be changing occupancies. Is this something that might be a contender for an
over the counter permit? If not, how long is the review process typically?
