I received clarification this morning that we will be charging the planning department review fee of$98.00 in addition to
what I quoted. The total fees will now be $901.49. I have included the fees below for your review. Initially, I thought
you were asking for the total fees, but I see that you may have been asking for the plan review submittal fee, which is
$295.07.

The permit fees based on a valuation of$25,000.00 will be $803.49 plus our archiving fee for one complete set of
plans. The archiving fee is$.50 per page for pages up to 11"x 17" and $2.00 per page for pages over 11"x 17". If you
