Hello Nikki,
I have reserved conference#3 in the Permit Center for Monday, November 19th at 10:00 am for you to revise plans for permit
MST2018-00279 to move plans from lot 35 to lot 37 as follows:
• Bring(1) additional set of plans to replace the one already sent to Washington County_, k•v,e
QCorrect the address/lot number on all (3)sets of construction plans
Correct the address/lot number on all (2)sets of engineering calculation documents
• Revise the address/lot number on all permit application forms
• Provide(3)copies of the site plan for lot 37
Once the above items are complete,the building permit technicians will review the revised documents. If acceptable,you will
then be directed to the planner on duty to review the new site plan and revised construction plans. If approved,the building
permit technician will then route for re-review by engineering technician, permit coordinator and building plans examiner.
Please note that additional fees will be assessed for administrative costs to correct permit records(MST and SWR) in the
database, and additional plan review fees as applicable.
