Outstanding Issues: FR252B(7/10)-Vertical cut at base of retaining walls on lots 119 and 126
FR269 (12/05/18) Uncompacted utility backfill under north curb(near corner of SW
165th Ave and Birdson)
UNDERMINED CURB
Previously observed undermined curb near corner of SW 165th Ave. and Birdsong. Crushed rock on north side curb
appeared loose/uncompacted. Using a Y2"diameter steel foundation probe to evaluate the relative consistency of the
crushed rock, crushed rock probed very loose. (see photos).
Lot 126 Subgrade
Upon arrival I observed lot 126 had been prepared to final subgrade elevation. I observed subgrade consisted of
generally brown silt with varying amounts of gravel. I used a%2"diameter steel foundation probe to evaluate the
consistency of the subgrade. Based on probing and resistance to penetration, subgrade appears generally medium
stiff to stiff.
CONCLUSION
Based on our observations and probing, the footing subgrade observed today, as marked on the attached site plan,
has been prepared in general accordance with our geotechnical recommendations.
